This page explains what we collect when you visit virusagency.co or send us a message, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to cover us.
virus is a social-first growth agency. We decide what happens to the data described here, which makes us the data controller. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@virusagency.co.
The contact form asks for your name, email, company, website, what you need help with, your current monthly ad spend and a short description of what you want to fix.
We use it for one thing: to look at your ads and reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send you sequences.
The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and then lives in our email account. We keep it while we are talking, and after that for as long as it is useful to remember the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.
We use Meta’s pixel to see which ads bring people here and whether they get in touch. It is the only tracking on the site, and it is what pays for itself by telling us which ads are worth running.
If you are in Europe, nothing from Meta loads until you accept. If you decline, no pixel loads and the cookies below are removed. You can change your mind at any time with the COOKIES link at the bottom of the home page. Outside Europe the pixel loads by default.

When the pixel is active, Meta receives your IP address, which browser you use, the pages you open here and whether you sent the form. What Meta then does with it is covered by their own privacy policy.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. One email is enough, and there is no form to fill in. We will get back to you.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Spain that is the AEPD.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
